A new year, a new theme. As announced in the previous post, OnePlanetOneWorld.info from now on features a custom made reggae/rasta theme, of which the green-gold-red so-called ‘rastabar’ is the best visual evidence. Created from scratch by my brother Tim Huisman, a professional web developer, the website has been improved in many places while also boasting new features. One of these features is a better integration with social media such as Facebook and Twitter, making it much easier and more convenient to share entire pages or individual posts with others on your favorite social media.

Another interesting feature, which took quite some time to develop, is that the website now automatically adapts itself to the screen on which it is viewed. Thus, the website looks different on a tablet or smartphone than on a desktop, as the site adapts itself to fit onto smaller screens. Other changes include a new Publications page with more detailed information and an improved Autographs page with new and better photos. As with every project of this size, the upcoming days/weeks/months will be used to fine tune the website where needed and provide new and/or updated content. Moreover, new articles and essays about reggae, Japan, and other topics are already in preparation, so stay tuned!
