360° panorama’s Tokyo & Kyoto

Today I proudly present two 360° degrees panorama’s made by me during my vacation in Japan and specially created for this website by my brother Tim. For those who have viewed my earlier panorama’s, this will be something entirely new! The first panorama was made during my two vacation in Kyoto in the end of August / beginning of September, near the Kyoto Imperial Palace. To be precise, I photographed Kyoto Gyoen (garden) on a … Continue reading

Last panorama’s

Today is already the 17th of August, which means that it’s only one more week before I will fly to Japan! Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to post the remainder of the panorama photo’s I made recently, so the photo’s in this post are the last ones I made and prepared for publication here. From now on (until I return from Japan) my website will be devoted to my journey to, … Continue reading

Ofcourse I did not forget to bring my photo-camera with me that … Continue reading

While I moved to Barendrecht, a small township attached to Rotterdam, at a young age I am proud to be a Rotterdammer. Besides studying at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, I also go out in Rotterdam in the weekends and of course visit De Kuip every two … Continue reading

Panoramic Photography

One of my favorite type of photo’s is the stitched panoramic photo. These are made by taking a series of overlapping shots and using special software (AutoStitch in my case) to join and blend them together seamlessly. You can shoot anything from high-res non-distorted wide-angle shots to full 360 degree wrap arounds. I do not use professional equipment nor do I (want to) spend hours perfectioning the photo’s. However, with some help of my brother … Continue reading
